Check the turntable
Remove the glass tray and roller ring. Clean the roller ring wheels and the track. Put everything back and test. A dirty or stuck roller ring makes the turntable motor strain and buzz. If the buzzing stops with the tray removed, the motor or coupler is the issue.

Tighten loose panels
A buzzing or rattling noise can come from a loose outer panel vibrating during operation. Check all cabinet screws and tighten any that are loose. Also check if anything is sitting on top of or against the microwave that might vibrate.
