Step-by-Step Repair

    Force restart the phone

    Hold the Power button and Volume Down button together for 10-15 seconds until the phone vibrates and restarts. On some Samsung models, you may need to hold for up to 30 seconds. If the Samsung logo appears, the screen works and it was a software crash.
