Step-by-Step Repair

    Confirm the ice maker is on

    Check that the ice maker is not turned off. On Samsung models, press and hold the Ice Maker button on the display for 3 seconds. Some models have a physical switch inside the freezer on the ice maker itself. Make sure it is in the ON position.
